Store-Paid Return Shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, rxbarbirch covers the shipping cost through a prepaid label or another no-cost method.

rxbarbirch also bears all return shipping costs for damage, defects, quality concerns, wrong items, or missing items and components.

Refund Processing

After approval and any required inspection, rxbarbirch issues the refund to the original payment method; the credit must arrive within 5-10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for a No-Reason Return

rxbarbirch cannot accept a change-of-mind return for custom goods, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, or opened intimate and hygiene-sensitive products.
